Standard home. 1-2 days.

All quotes are flat-rate, given upfront after a free walkthrough. No hourly meter, no surprise add-ons.
Estate cleanouts run the full range — from organized homes where most items get donated, to packed-full properties that have decades of accumulation. We handle:
1. Free walkthrough. We meet you at the property, do a 20-30 minute walkthrough, and quote a flat price. No obligation.
2. Family decisions before we start. Anything you want to keep gets marked, moved to a designated "keep" room, or removed before our crew arrives. Tell us about photos, documents, jewelry, or other valuables to look for.
3. We work the property. Two to four-person crew, full days. We sort as we go — donate, recycle, dispose. You don't need to be there once it starts.
4. Final walkthrough. When done, we walk it with you. House is broom-clean, ready for showings or whatever's next.
Estate cleanouts often happen during the worst weeks of a family's life. We've cleared properties after deaths, hospice transitions, dementia placements, divorce, foreclosures, and emergency moves. Some things we always do:
About half our estate cleanouts come through realtors and probate attorneys preparing properties for sale or estate settlement. For those clients we provide:
Most estate cleanouts can be scheduled within 3-7 days. Walkthroughs we usually book within 48 hours. Urgent situations (closing date pressure, hospice transitions) we can sometimes accommodate faster.
We sort. Furniture in usable shape goes to Habitat ReStore or Community Warehouse. Clothing and household goods to Goodwill. Metal appliances to recyclers. Books to local libraries when accepted. Roughly 50-65% of estate contents get a second life.
Always set aside, never disposed of. We'll bring them to you (or whoever's coordinating the cleanout) at the end of the day. We've found cash, gold coins, war medals, and original deeds in attics. None of that goes in the truck.
No. After the initial walkthrough and any "keep" decisions, the family rarely stays. We have keys or lockbox codes, work the property, and notify when done. Many out-of-state executors handle the entire job remotely.
We handle the haul-away. We don't do deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, or repairs — but we work with cleaning companies regularly and can recommend a few. We coordinate timing so the cleaner arrives the day after we finish.
We work with executors, real estate agents, and family members directly.
