Pricing

How we price

We quote a flat price upfront based on volume — no fuel surcharges, no per-item add-ons, no labor minimums hidden in the fine print. The number we give you on the call is the number you pay.

Volume is measured by how much space the load takes in our truck, not weight. The only weight-based exception is heavy materials (concrete, dirt, roof tile) which carry a $50-$100 surcharge.

Quarter truck $275-$400 | Half truck $550-$800 | Full truck $1,100-$1,650 | Rock, gravel, soil or sod $500 per 2.5-yard trailer

Add-ons & access fees

• Stairs — $25-$50 per flight
• Disconnection (washer/dryer/fridge water lines) — $30-$50
• Hot tub drainage if not pre-drained — $50-$75
• Heavy materials (concrete, dirt, roof tile) — $50-$100
• Document shredding (estate jobs) — free
• Donation routing (Goodwill, ReStore) — free, included in every job

What's never included

• Hazardous waste (paint, oil, chemicals, batteries, propane)
• Asbestos or lead paint debris
• Tires (separate South Dakota DANR stream)
• Live animals or animal waste (call animal control / biohazard remediation first)
